Brief Description:

The project total built-up area is 120, 000 SQM, value USD M180. Comprising two towers with 32 floors each, one was an office tower while the other was serviced apartments tower linked to and serviced by Hyatt Hotel. At the time of execution, those towers were considered the tallest buildings in Amman. The role of ASAS top management personnel was to perform in all project & construction management activities to lead the project to the handing over stage.
