Brief Description:

ASAS was involved in the Construction Management for the remaining activities for this project which was facing many difficulties to complete: the project is a high standard four stars hotel comprising 150 guest rooms and 36 sites with restaurants, roof top swimming pool and all business and banqueting facilities. ASAS managed to close out all the contracts within 7 months and to hand over the Hotel to the Operator, Double Tree by Hiton.
