The project is designed to be a university for the theological education. It comprises an Academic Building, an Administration Building, a multi-purpose hall, Gym, cafeteria, and accommodation building .ASAS was involved in re-arranging the project’s contracts, resolving financial and contractual issues with contractors, preparing bid packages for the remaining works, in addition to the on-site Construc­tion Management team.
